OUR HISTORY

Assessoria i Gestió Negre, S.L.P. has its origins in the company founded in 1942 by Rosa Claramunt Torné and Isidre Borraz Vila and became known in the Baix Llobregat area as “Gestoria Borraz”. Since its origin, it has carried out, continuously and achieving recognized prestige, the task of promoting and carrying out, on behalf of its clients all type of procedures before public administrations, property and insurance management, for both, individuals and companies/self-employed persons.

In 1988, the founders, Marta Negre Tramunt and Xavier Rosal Gómez, succeeded in the activity. From this moment on, the service and comprehensive advice to small and medium-sized companies and to individuals and legal entities is promoted, as well as asset management focused on property administration and real estate intermediation.
